To amend details on your certificate, please visit our amend certificates page for more information

To find an approved EduExcell centre near you, please message info@eduexcell.org.uk with your location details and we will send you a list of your nearest accredited centres.

If you haven't received your certificates or exam results, it's best to reach out to your center or training provider directly. Sometimes, there might have been an issue during the processing or delivery of your documents. Your center can liaise with us to investigate this matter further and ensure the proper delivery of your certificates or exam results. They'll be able to discuss the situation in detail and help facilitate the resolution with us.

Requests for approval for qualifications are managed via an application form. Please download here. Once complete, please return this application by post or electronically (with an electronic signature) to EduExcell Limited using an authorised email address.

Details about your complaint or feedback
Your full name and learner reference (if applicable)
Name of your college, center, or training provider with the EduExcell approval reference
Qualification or unit title with its reference number
Copies of any supporting documents
Our Commitment:

We'll acknowledge your complaint within two working days of receiving it.

You'll receive a full response within 30 working days. If not possible, we'll update you after 15 working days.
