To request a replacement certificate from EduExcell, specific conditions must be met. These include instances such as non-receipt, damage during transit, loss, errors in production, or name changes. If any of these scenarios apply, a replacement certificate can be requested.

However, there are stipulations to adhere to:

• Replacement requests must be made within 60 working days of the original certificate issue date, except for specific circumstances.
• A formal Request for Replacement Certificate form needs completion, detailing the circumstances necessitating the replacement.
• Verbal requests for replacement certificates are not accepted. They must be submitted in writing, accompanied by the required fee if applicable.
• Once the request and conditions are met, EduExcell typically issues replacement certificates within 30 working days. These replacements possess their unique identifiers, different from the original certificate number, and are clearly marked as 'Replacement.'

However, EduExcell retains the right to decline replacement requests if they are deemed unreasonable, fraudulent, or potentially harmful to their reputation or security. In such cases, they will communicate the reasons for refusal to the learner.
